To deliver on their vision, Keolis Downer requires the services of an experienced Rail transport Analyst to support our customer experience team in a current passenger transport tender in South Australia.

What the role entails
This position is a great opportunity for a Rail Transport Analyst to support the delivery of the Keolis Downer’s heavy rail bids in Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience & Network Design, the role involves:

• Undertaking data analyses to provide strategic data insights;
• Building thorough analyses and diagnoses and bring a more analytical approach to the proposals;
• Building ridership and performance (customer satisfaction) forecasts;
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

What you will need for this role
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Significant tender of heavy rail passenger transport services is a must;
• Proven Customer service and/or operations experience in public transport operations – preferably rail – and/or transferable public services in a competitive market;
• Analytical mindset and ability to listen
• Strong ability to engage and communicate with staff at all levels and build strong working relationships;
• Competence in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
